Estradiol is one of the major hormones surrounded by the menstrual cycle. It is produced in the ovarian granulosa cell of by aromatization of the androstenedione produced in the ovarian thecal cell. This process happens underneath control of the anterior pituary hormone FSH. The primary effect of estradiol is the proliferation of the endometrium in the uterus, preparing it for the implantation of an embryo.
The human menstrual cycle can be pretty complicated and involves the interaction of a few hormones as well as the ovaries, uterus, embryo, anterior pituitary gland and the hypothalamus. As for descent of the testis, there is really single a problem if one (or both) of the testes do not properly descend. An undescended testis is generally non-fertile, and puts the creature at a relatively high risk for testicular cancer. As a result, if a testis doesn't properly descend, it will collectively have to be removed surgically.
estrogen prepares the the uterus for embryo, while progesterone liberate fsh and lh that will provoke the secretion of the egg..im not sure..so far in my principal, and too lazy to return with up and get my books
