if u hold iron-deficiency, is it true that u can acquire iron by licking metallic iron bar? could u munch through rust?

You can get iron that means of access, but that's not going to raise your iron level enough to take home you un-anemic. Geez, just suck it up and guzzle some meat, or spinach, or liver . . .
Anything's gotta taste better than rust.
ummmmmm i would suggest some unharmed grain ceral, carrot, green leafy vegetables or eggs. the rust might hurt your teeth
Not true
neither of these are probable. Rust is already oxidized so you won't get any Iron from that.
I am sure you will take "Tetanus", if you eat the rust.
haha, please vote you are joking. at lowest possible i got a screech out of it.
You will need change in your diet, incorporating iron loaded foods EVERY DAY. If your hematocrite and hemoglobin are too low, your doctor may prescribe some iron medicine to speed up the process. This, in turn, may enjoy some unwelcome side effects like diarrhea. Please: CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR! (I am a physician myself and this is the best counsel I can possibly give you.)
