If someone cuts part of another person's body sour -- or out -- and sells it in need obtaining signed allowed consent from the person cut, and the soul who buys it makes money from it, who does that money rightfully belong to?

I'm correctly sure the website you quoted was a ploy, but I believe the body part remains your possesion after it is removed. So if somebody sell it you should get the money.
