Ergophobia (or ergasiophobia) is a misgivings of working (reference 1).
I'd assume "erg" means work, so it would be panic of work.
It's fear for work, i don't mull over that any famous ppl have this phobia, but one of my friends has it and even it seem funny, it's horrible!
