If you frequently own bumps or pimples on your cranium will the microbes eventually work its means of access to your brain?

On the whole, no. There are blood vessels--so call emissary veins--that can transport bacteria from skin infections through the skull to the meninges, but i.e. a rarity, that has, fatefully, been observed.
Much depends on what the bumps are, frankly. Many of the bumps on the human scalp are of a non-infectious origin--things similar to seborrheic dermatitis, for instance, or small keratoses or sebaceous cysts--and unless they get infected, will not dispatch bacteria anywhere.
nah i dont know where on earth you heard that but thats not true
No.acne is certainly your body's immunity response to the microbes entering your skin. Sometimes, it fails.and the result is a really hurtful skin infection.don't worry in the region of it.

there is such entity as a skull. You know the thing that "protects"your brain.
lol..no mode possible
It's very scarce, but it can and has happen. But you have to be thoroughly unlucky or have some serious imperviousness problems.
So don't worry in the order of it.
Acne doesn't usually cause problems close to that, although other infections can track to the brain if they seed more adjectives sites like the sinuses, eyes, or even the gums. The worst form of acne -- status IV fulminant acne -- can make you extremely sick. These people enjoy it so much and so severely that they're almost septic in how sick they are.
I assumed you designed "acne" when you mentioned bumps, but other kind of abscess might be more concerning. Anyway, if you have a discouraging skin infection, whatever the end in, you should see a doctor.
