I'm only initiation to acquire over a desperate cold, and I am fundamentally wishy-washy, any suggestions?

Get lots of rest, drink lots of fluids, take vitamins and pocket it easy! Feel better :)

The one I have is a bit tougher.
Pretend that you're not sick and not scrawny. Play upbeat music on your ipod, and motivate yourself to be energetic!
It is really wierd but homemade chicken soup really does work. I would also use vitamin c (you can acquire even the chewable kind that enjoy an orange flavor). Plenty of liquid like hose so that you don't dehydrate.
