within sugar free products?

why is phenilalnine added to most sugar free products . i've been told it's laxative but i still dont take to mean: why sugar free proucts?. i'm diabetic . do i need to verbs about have too much phenilalnine? No, you do not have to verbs about it.
NutraSweet or aspartame is made up of two amino acids (components of proteins) phenylalanine and aspartic bitter. Only people who are born near a genetic disease called phenylketonuria (PKU), who enjoy a decreased skilfulness to metabolize phenylalanine should worry roughly speaking consuming these artificial sweeteners. It has be proven safe for consumption although some folks complain of certain side effects resembling headaches, which may be psychological or related to something else.
I don't consider there is any evidence of aspartame have a laxative effect. Sugar alcohols which are used as a sugar substitute because of their low impact on blood sugars may have a laxative effect if consumed contained by large quantity. Foods containing sugar alcohols will generally own a warning going on for excessive consumption.
It's also known as Aspartame, a chemical sweetener.
It continues to be controversial; lots of medical problems are mortal reported. You can take too much.
When I stopped smoking, I used sugar-free popsicles full of Aspartame as my oral fixation. I ate 6-8 a morning. Within a few days, my hands ache like I have arthritis (one of the reported symptoms of Aspartame overdose). As soon as I stopped eating it, my hand returned to normal.
