in a forgiving with red &very swollen uvula which is smaller amount possible?
streptococcus group A / enterovirus / hemophilus influenza / allergy and why? It would be helpful to look at associated symptoms: glorious fever and white spots on the mucosa would be associated next to streptococcus. Fever also likely beside hemophilus and possible with enterovirus (seasonal, most possible in summer-fall). Allergy is on the odd occasion associated with frenzy, and should have other symptoms close to watery eyes, runny feeler, rash, etc.

Allergy, because nearby would be more outward symptoms and there would be swelling elsewhere besides the uvula. It's strep.
