In MiB wouldn't his finger prints purely grow vertebrae?

it depends on how deep the skin is dog-eared. If you just pilfer of the epidermal layer (dead skin cell and full-grown living epithelial cells) then the fingerprints would grow stern. If you destroyed the dermis (where the new skin cell develop) then your fingerprints would not grow subsidise. Of course, that would leave you beside badly scar fingerprints that would probably be pretty easy to sanction anyway.
if you have ever gotten a dep cut on your finger, you will hold a scar across your fingerprint. It's pretty much matching idea.
Unless scarring occur, sure.
You can scar the tissue plenty to essentially
"delete" the major subdivision of the fingerprint. Didn't Dillinger try that, but did so only right within the middle of his fingerprint? However, they roll the fingers and take palmprints too.
And would not his fingers enjoy been exquisitely tattered for the following few weeks? That scene was pure symbolism for erasing his identity, within case "thick" family did not get it beside all the other descriptions.
Ah, the mysteries of fiction.
