Site some examples Alot of Nursing is realy simple algebra and maybe stats but I don't see the rush of Trig, Cal. more likely than trig but most of adjectives Common sinse wich alot of nurses lack.
instinctively i can not see the relevance of it.
Trigonometry is helpful contained by fully understanding the engineering great work that is the human body. In nursing? I don't regard as it's at all esteemed, but I'm not a nurse.

Trigonometry is crucial to learn calculus, which is crucial to revise physics, which is the science behind human anatomy. Advanced technique in trig are unnecessary, purely an understanding of the uncomplicated concepts. Why do you have to procure an A in trig? Because for every spot surrounded by medical school, 1000 other kids will win that A for it, so if you don't, you look like you don't enjoy the commitment necessary to cut it doing a tour to a career surrounded by medicine/nursing. But do you really need to know it? No.
Trigonometry?!?! No one will use this type of math within nursing. We only use ratio and proportions when doing our dosage calculation. At most, we'll just use dimensional analysis for IV drug addition.
The only time I'll use angles is when I want to adjust the head of the bed for my neuro forgiving in the ICU and my ICU bed have an angle value that shows.
Why don't you complicated more in your press. Nurses, stereotypically, are dumb in math. For associate's they simply go as soaring as intermediate algebra. For BSN, it's college algebra. 95% will never see trig. I did though. Went all the bearing to linear algebra.
