In hemophilia, why the extrinsic pathway (E.P)of intiating clotting doesnt prevent bleeding?

please be serious! and since E.P doesnt imvolve factor 8/9 whose deficiency produce hemophilia,so i hav asked the question OK.let come back to the fundamentals.factor 8 or anti hemophiliac factor is required for the normal clotting of blood.but when this is not at home u normally bleed.ok i agree.you enjoy two systems of clotting right.intrinsic and extrinsic, well solely the intrinsic requires this factor 8 and extrinsic does not.
but for a patient to stop bleeding both the intrinsic and the extrinsic systems own to be functioning physiologically.in hemophilia patients, the intrinsic workings fails and the extrinsic device cannot cope with the stress,i denote in bag of excessive bleeding.so i mean to read aloud that the extrinsic alone is not sufficient to stop a person from bleeding.both the systems are required.
if any one fail then bleeding take place, not because there is no clotting, but because within is no sufficient clotting.
I am not sure what the answer to your question is, but I enjoy a question myself-and it may seem to be gross, but do females who have their menstral cycle hold to worry just about bleeding to death? (I too am serious.)
