In an emergency how could you determine if a blood preview is compatible to transfuse from one individual?

to another if blood typing serum isn't available?
P.S I know that type O blood is universal, to be precise not the answer. You mix the patients serum with the donor blood CELLS loaf for reaction. Then mix the donor serum next to the patients blood cells.
If nought hemolyzes you are very highly likely to be surrounded by the clear.
They test it beside a small sample of blood, if they meeting or the donor is O-, then they can recieve.
The prehistoric technique was to mix a small amount of the donor's blood near that of the receiver.if clots formed, they are incompatible.
But this is a impressively iffy test.should just be used in a dire, life-threatened emergency.
If the tolerant would die w/o blood, and there is no process to get him/her proper medical back, that may be worth a shot.but be aware of the legal and/or civil penalty you may face should he die as a result.
Please see the webpage for more details on Cross complementary.
You don't, in an emergency plasma is given part blood because the blood typing has to be completed prior to giving unbroken blood. In an emergency the goal is to carry on blood volume in the injured soul to keep the sufferer from going into shock. When the patient get to the hospital the typing would be done and once determined whole blood could be administered.
